The particular historical moment that the whole of humanity is experiencing due to Covid Sars Cov 2 causes severe limitations in every area, in particular in that one of culture, arts and music. Hence the need to rethink and reorganize our modus vivendi in order to contain and counter the serious consequences caused by the pandemic.
ART. 1 - ORGANIZATION AND PURPOSE
The 1st European Online Piano Competition "Salentinae Terrae" is organized by A.GI.MUS. - Associazione Giovanile Musicale - Francavilla Fontana Section - and it aims to promote, today more than ever, musical culture, musical institutions and, above all, musicians. This Competition avails itself of the patronage of MIUR - Ministry of Education, University and Scientific Research - of MIBACT - Ministry of Artistic, Cultural and Tourism Heritage and PROLOCO of Francavilla Fontana and is organized with the collaboration of the Main Sponsor SOAVEGEL, a virtuous Francavillese company of international importance. A.Gi.Mus - Associazione Giovanile Musicale is accredited to the F.U.S. (Fondo Unico dello Spettacolo) established by MIBACT - Ministry of Artistic, Cultural and Tourism Heritage.
ART. 2 - METHOD OF CONDUCT
The 1st European Online Piano Competition "Salentinae Terrae", due to the persistence of the health emergency from Covid-19, will take place online, that is, competitors must send an audio-video recording of their performance in mp4 format, containing its participation program, according to the methods that will be explained below. The Commission, starting from March 8th, 2021, will start listening and evaluation work, which will presumably end by March 13th, 2021. The results will be made public through a Skype video link, to which interested parties will be able to access through a specific link that will be provided by the organizers. The certificates will be sent in digital format by email.
ART. 3 - REGISTRATION
Applications for registration to the 1st European Online Piano Competition "Salentinae Terrae" must be sent no later than MONDAY 22nd FEBRUARY 2021, by filling in an online form specially prepared on the official website of the competition, at the following address www .agimusfrancavilla.com. While, the video files of the performances can also be sent later, in any case no later than the date of Sunday 7th March 2021.

ART. 4 – CATEGORIES
Category "FIRST NOTES" for those born from 2014 - maximum duration of the test: 5 min.
Category "A" for those born in 2011-2012-2013 - maximum duration of the test: 7 min.
Category "B" for those born in 2008-2009-2010 - maximum test duration: 10 min.
Category "C" for those born in 2005-2006-2007 - maximum test duration: 15 min.
Category "D" for those born in 2002-2003-2004 - maximum duration of the test: 18 min.
Category "E" for those born in 1999-2000-2001 - maximum duration of the test: 20 min.
Category "F" for those born in 1996- 1997-1998 - maximum duration of the test: 25 min.
Category “G” for those born up to 1995 without age limits - maximum duration of the test: 30 min.
