Ulrike-Anima Mathé, born in Germany, is internationally recognized both as an outstanding soloist as well as an enthusiastic chamber musician. Her worldwide concert activities made her one of the leading German violinists of her generation. Reviews praise her interpretations for their intensive expressiveness, intimate magic and poetry, for effortless technical command and profound musical insight. As a soloist, she has worked with renowned orchestras around the world such as the Czech Philharmonic, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the Camerata Salzburg, the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, the Staatskapelle Weimar, the Belgian National Orchestra and many European Radio Orchestras.
